The Burrell Country Compound Main House

This page will contain a detailed description and pictures of the main house on the Burrell family compound in Oxford, Mississippi. The main house is a four bedroom, three bath house that is nineteen years old. This house is a series of four terra-domes (see link below) that contain more than 2400 square feet. Because this is underground it is extremely energy efficient. It is Energy Star Certified with an HER Index 77 rating. Additionally, the southern exposure provides passive solar heating in winter.
