NEXT STEPS: Finish the details, final walk-through, closing and moving in!

20 Jan 2023: Water and electricity have been hooked up.
10 Jan 2023: Siding has been finished and a warm spell allowed the exterior to get painted and the driveway and sidewalk poured.
08 Jan 2023: Carpeting and cabinets have been installed.
07 Jan 2023: Siding has been started.
21 Dec 2022: Drywall is up and first coat of mud has been applied.  Fill dirt has been dropped and is being graded around the house.
17 Dec 2022: Septic tank and finger drainage system completed.
14 Dec 2022: Hanging of drywall started.
13 Dec 2022: Interior insulation inspection completed.
08 Dec 2022: Exterior brick-work completed.
16 Nov 2022: Interior rough-ins are complete.  Pre-drywall meeting held.
28 Oct 2022: Windows, exterior doors and roof are complete.
18 Oct 2022: Porch columns are installed and roof has a tar paper base.
16 Oct 2022: Exterior doors have been hung.
13 Oct 2022: Second floor framing is complete and roof sheathing is installed.
10 Oct 2022: Ground floor framing is complete.
06 Oct 2022: Framing has begun.
05 Oct 2022: Slab has been poured.
02 Oct 2022: Septic system construction has been started.
30 Sep 2022: Under-slab pea gravel has been installed in and around the foundation in preparation for the pouring of the slab.
17 Sep 2022: Under-slab piping for water and septic tank lines and water line feed from the street have been installed.
23 Aug 2022: Foundation has been poured.
23 Aug 2022: Ground has been broken!  Footers for the foundation have been poured.
11 Aug 2022: We are on the build schedule.  Tentative construction start date is August 22nd.
03 Aug 2022: County permits have been approved.  Waiting to get on the build schedule.
11 Jul 2022: 2 of 3 signatures acquired for changes to drainage easement.  Builder is working to get final signature before they can submit to the county for the necessary permits.
31 May 2022: We have a delay in our septic system permit because of an issue with the local drainage.
25 Apr 2022: Builder is acquiring the lot and requesting the necessary permits.
22 Apr 2022: Pre-Construction Meeting completed (final design review before breaking ground).
14 Apr 2022: Pre-construction appraisal completed with our lender
11 Mar 2022: Received word that our plan has been approved by the St. John Commons HOA.
23 Feb 2022: Design Review has been completed and the down payment has been made.  Colors, textures and plan details are now set.  Let the games begin!
22 Jan 2022: Previewed the Silverthorne Design Center to get ideas about colors and textures.
20 Jan 2022: The Pre-design meeting has been completed.
