Data Analyst 2/Sr. VoC Data Manager - 08/2021 to 08/2023:
As a member of the Government Programs Member Experience team, activities included monitoring and improving daily data flows used for providing insights by the M&R Voice of the Customer team.  Duties included; extraction, analysis and loading of data (ETL) using MS SQL and Oracle SQL, coordination of work across multiple teams, documentation and mapping of data processes, gathering of business requirements for new data sources and procedures, and submitting reporting intakes with various reporting teams.  Additional responsibilities include; managing projects by hosting and attending meetings to lead and support teams of internal, contracted and vendor employees in existing and new projects, auditing of complex data models, and development (and deployment) of QC and UAT procedures to ensure quality data delivery.  Major accomplishments include; modernization of a communications gateway server, development and deployment of data monitoring procedures, automation of data flows, reduction of data extraction lags from two weeks to three days.  Participated in; daily team-building communications, Employee Engagement committee activities and a Mentor Circle program.  Worked extensively with Excel, PowerPoint and Qualtrics XM Discover (Studio and Connectors) in documenting and managing data flows from Big Data repositories (BDPaaS, HIVE, etc.) to a Natural Language Processing (NLP) platform.

Capability (Business Process) Analyst - 03/2019 to 08/2021:
As a member of the GO CORE Transformation team, activities included providing daily report metrics to the business and providing project support for four Six Sigma Black Belt Consultants.  Duties included; daily compilation and distribution of reports containing call center metrics, composition of presentations, extraction and analysis of data using Oracle SQL and other methods, documentation and mapping of existing business processes, gathering of business requirements for new reporting efforts.

As a member of the Government Operations (Medicare and Retirement) Customer Services team responsibilities were focused on process improvement to call center operations using data analytics and Lean-Six Sigma methodologies and techniques.  Utilized Excel, Oracle SQL, Tableau and other tools to extract and analyze data from various data sources.

Under extended contract to Anthem, Inc.  Responsible for ETL (extracting, transforming and loading data) in support of infrastructure data cleansing efforts in preparation for data migration to a new platform.  Primary duties included generation of reports for data extraction and analysis, review and transformation of existing data using ServiceNow, Microsoft Excel and IBM Tivoli Application Dependency Discovery Manager (TADDM).
